What makes a Best Pick Condo?
We know there are examples of good developments. We have seen them in Berkeley and Walnut Creek. Recently, we have started seeing some in Oakland. STAND wants to encourage this type of development. We want to help the community see that it is possible to have better than the big bulky boxes.
